Ashoka Institute has established Student Facilitation Center (SFC) to provide all kind of administrative support and services to the students.

• Issue an I-Card
• Distribution of uniform
• Organise the medical checkup camps for all students.
• Issue student registration number (SRN)
• Document collection and verification.
• Eligibility confirmation.
• Prepare and Maintain the personal files.
• Conduct the subject registration process at every semester start.
• Issue various Certificates.

  • • Coordinate for issuing a letter of recommendation for higher studies.
  • • Providing necessary documents required by students for applying to education loan.
  • • Providing necessary documents required by students for applying to scholarships of different government departments.
  • • Sharing the information of different seminars, webinars, competitions, hackathons arranged by AICTE, PCI, state government and Ministry of Education.
  • • Sharing all the students related notifications.
